Delivery Policy

Our
delivery policy is simple; you work with us, and we will work with youWe offer free local delivery on our next available truckThe next available truck depends on the area, time of year, and order size; but we will immediately start coordinating your delivery with other ordersWe do not pick up returns or rental equipmentCustomers are responsible for accepting deliveries which may include: helping unload large items and making sure the delivery spot is clear and acceptableAdditional charges may occur if multiple deliveries must be madePurchaser is responsible for any damage our trucks may cause to yards, sidewalks, driveways, etc depending on delivery instructions.  Immediate delivery is based on truck and driver availability.  If you don’t know or need to know more, just call and ask!
 

 

Store Pick-up

 

Loading times may vary depending on weather, time of day, size of the order, and what items are being prepared.  We will do our best to have your order ready by:

>Morning Pick up (before noon)

>Afternoon Pick up (afternoon)

>Palletize for future pick up (Pick up 1-3 days)

>Bill Only – I will call and set up a pick up time.


Payment

 

Payment is due upon time of order unless you have established a credit account.  All sales are final, but revisions may be made if necessary if done in a timely fashion.


Return Policy

 

All returns are subject to prior approval.  Returns must be in original condition or they may be refused.  Restocking charges may occur if delivery was made.  Special orders may or may not be returnable with or without a restocking fee.  This varies per vendor per item.  We do not pick up returns.

Lumber and building materials are expected to be stored properly/ etc, or they may not be returnable.  Pike County Lumber prides itself in the quality of its lumber and materials and will only return an item if it were something you would want to buy yourself.  Lumber that has been exposed to moisture or sun could cause damage and may void any returns.
