I understand and agree that all accounts are due and payable by the 10th day of the month following the date of purchase. The undersigned agrees that usual credit inquiries may be made at anytime in connection with the credit hereby applied for and consents to the disclosure of such information by any person with whom the undersigned may have financial relations.

Authorization

The applicant acknowledges that the business credit being applied for provides for personal liability. We will look to the owners or shareholders to recover all amounts charged using this business line of credit. In consideration for the extension of credit by Pike County Lunber Company, the applicant(s) personally guarantee payment of all charges made to this line of credit.
